Town of Canmore

Book a Facility or Venue

The Town of Canmore welcomes Canmore-based private sector businesses, not-for-profit groups, and individuals to book space on sports fields and ball diamonds during the spring and summer seasons. All bookings must adhere to the Town of Canmore’s rental permit terms and conditions for sports fields/ball diamonds, as well as provincial health orders/guidelines.

Notes and considerations:

  • Any group/business submitting a request is advised to contact their insurance company sooner rather than later to have the “Town of Canmore" added as an additional insured for the purpose of facility rental, and to use the Civic Center as the business address for the Town.
  • All activities must comply with public health orders. For more information on this, please visit the Government of Alberta's website here
