Functional Fitness for the Older Adult
This class will focus on functional movements using WBI (Whole Body Integration) exercises to build and maintain a healthy core. We will use a variety of equipment such as the ViPR, hand weights, and Equalizers® to work on strength, balance and stability. This class is geared towards older adults, or those who feel they could benefit from more stability training.
