This is a user-friendly flow-stylefusion ofYoga and Pilates suitable for all, and excellent for both preventing and recovering from injury. This class follows the classical Pilates mat work format. We work to developthe deep stabilizing muscles of the torso while strengthening core abdominal and back muscles. The focus of Yoga is to breathe, stretch and feel. The non-impact resistance eliminates stress on joints, realigns muscle imbalances and focuses on maintaining neutral pelvic and spinal alignment.
