This well-rounded strength and conditioning class offers a total body workout by combining resistance training and core exercises to target the major muscle groups. We will use a variety of equipment to keep things interesting and finish it off with gentle and relaxing stretches. A perfect way to top off your day!
Note: Core class participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mat.
