Intermediate Climbing Movement (16+)

If you are climbing routes of 5.10 or V2/3 difficulty but are looking for additional tips and tricks to push your climbing skills even further, then consider joining us for this Intermediate Movement CORE class. This class is focused on movement drills to increase your climbing efficiency and develop more advance movement techniques.

This is open to individuals aged 16 or older who have a day pass or membership and have completed a waiver and orientation half an hour prior to the course.

NOTE: belaying skills are not taught, and rental gear is not included.

The Town of Canmore is located within Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
