This is a new fusion of fitness and pilates based movement class. Every class will incorporate body weight training, challenging core work and fascial focus movement. Equipment may be incorporated to add a challenge. All fitness abilities are welcome. Leave class feeling lighter and more mobile!
Note: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats.
