Take your ride into the pool! This class immerses you and theHydroriderbike into the water. See how spinning in the pool can improve leg and core strength by adding the resistance of the water to your cycling routine. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to get yourHydroriderfitted before putting it in the water.Hydroriderattire: bathing suit with “cycling” type shorts and WATER SHOES ARE A MUST!

The Town of Canmore is located within Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
