What You Need to Know

There is a boil water advisory in place for the Town of Canmore.

High levels of turbidity have appeared in the treated water supply in areas of Canmore. As such, EPCOR and Alberta Health Services are advising ALL residents and businesses within the Town of Canmore to boil their tap water before consuming it. 

Please be advised that residents may temporarily experience little to no water pressure as we work to flush and test the system to restore regular water service. 

What You Need to Do

Boil your water for at least one minute at a full boil before drinking or using the water for any kind of internal consumption.

The Town of Canmore is located within Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
