Refund Policy  
Development Permits 75% of the fee is refunded prior to a decision. Once a decision is granted there is no refund.
Subdivisions & Bylaws applications 75% of the application fee is refunded if an application is withdrawn prior to circulation. Non-refundable once circulation has commenced.
