Bow Valley Trail Area Redevelopment Plan

What is Happening

On May 3, 2022 Council approved an amendment to the Bow Valley Trail Area Redevelopment Plan (the General Precinct) and the Town’s Land Use Bylaw (the Bow Valley Trail General Commercial District) based upon an application to add the following:

  • Wholesale Sales use
  • Development bonuses in exchange for Common Amenity Housing, Employee Housing and/or Vital Housing
  • Relaxations, where the intent is still met, for the design of amenity space required for Common Amenity Housing and Employee Housing.
