Light Industrial Multi-Unit Buildings - 100 Alpine Meadow

What is Happening?

Two multi-unit light industrial buildings are being proposed at 100 Alpine Meadow. The property is designated IND-1 – Light Industrial District. The north building consists of six units accommodating Light Manufacturing and Laundry Facility, Industrial uses, while the south building consists of seven units accommodating Light Manufacturing uses. The total number of proposed units is 13. All proposed uses are permitted uses in the IND-1 District. 

The proposed development requires a 10% variance to the maximum building height regulation. The Land Use Bylaw sets the maximum building height at 11m and the southeast portion of the south building proposed is proposed at 12.1m.
