What is Happening?

A mixed-use building on privately owned land containing 55 Tourist Home Units and one Live/Work Studio was approved by the Canmore Planning Commission on November 24, 2021. This is a permitted use within the Spring Creek Mountain Village Comprehensive Residential Direct Control District [22(Z)2009] (SCMV-CR) 

The development includes three variances to the regulations of Land Use Bylaw 2018-22 - variances to maximum building height, built-to-line variations and open block space.
