This is a permitted use within the Spring Creek Mountain Village Comprehensive Residential Direct Control District [22(Z)2009] (SCMV-CR)
The development includes three variances to the regulations of Land Use Bylaw 2018-22 - variances to maximum building height, built-to-line variations and open block space.
The project is located at 1408 Spring Creek Gate.
