                                                             NEW COVID-19 Restrictions in Place

Effective Sept. 20, 2021, anyone aged 12 or older who enters Elevation Place will be required to provide government-issued I.D (for those 18 and older) AND proof of vaccination, a negative PCR or rapid test COVID-19 result taken within 72 hours, or a medical exemption letter. 

From Sept. 20 to Oct. 25: proof of a single dose is considered acceptable as long as the dose was given more than 2 weeks before the time of service.

After Oct. 25: proof of double vaccination is required if not already provided.

Your personal information is protected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and is collected, used, and disclosed only for the purpose of determining your eligibility to enter our recreation facilities.

Other information:

-Arrive 15 minutes before your core class or program booking to allow time for staff to process your health information.

-Anyone wishing to make a financial transaction at the Customer Experience desk must provide health documentation during purchase.
-Program participants aged 12 and older must provide proof of required health information. If they do not provide proof, they will not be able to participate in the program and will be provided with a refund or a rebooking date.
-User groups will be responsible for delivering their programs in accordance with REP regulations.
-We will be reaching out directly to registered program participants with additional information.
-We are temporarily closing public common spaces. We hope to reopen them when staffing resources can support safe public access to common spaces.
-Elevation Place members who do not wish to comply with the REP regulations can cancel their membership online here
-Masks are also mandatory in all indoor public spaces. Masks must be worn by all patrons at Elevation Place except when patrons are engaged in physical activity.

The Town of Canmore is located within Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
