What is H2HC?

The Homeless to Housing Coalition (H2HC) is an inter-agency, inter-municipal group who works with individuals who are or who are at risk of experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.

What does H2HC do?

  1. Work to understand who is impacted by homelessness within the Bow Valley
  2. Increase community awareness of homelessness
  3. Organize access to existing supports and services to support people who are or who are at risk of experiencing homelessness within the Bow Valley

What does Homelessness look like in the Bow Valley?

In October 2020 and May 2018, H2HC completed an estimation survey to understand who is experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness within the Bow Valley. An estimation count surveys individuals who access supports from select local organizations, and who self-identify as experiencing or being at risk of experiencing housing insecurity.
