Sensory-Friendly Toys Together is a drop-in child development designed specifically for caregivers and children ages 0 – 6 who can benefit from a low sensory environment.

Lights will be dimmed and sensory toys such as fidgets and headphones will be provided. This is an open space to play, explore, and socialize with others. Toys are provided to help children learn through free play, to encourage imagination and creativity, and to develop fine and gross motor skills. Drop in tax assistance for people with a modest income and a simple tax situation.

Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Service Canada agents will be on site at the Canmore Civic Centre offering free individual support with no appointment needed. This workshop is open to anyone living in the Bow Valley.

Mini Mingles is designed for parents with infants ages 0-12 months and soon-to-be parents expecting babies.

This drop-in program allows you and your baby (or soon-to-be baby) the opportunity to connect with families in Canmore in a casual, unstructured setting. Developmental resources, Ages and Stages Questionaries, and more will be available. Participants may join and leave at any point during each session.
