You need a building Permit to construct a new building or structure, or to demolish or relocate, repair, alter, or an existing building.

You need a development permit most new construction, or any time there is a change in the way land is used or the intensity of use.

Other services include environmental and file searches, confirmation of zoning, certificate of conformance, and stamps of compliance.
