Where can I park to access the market?
The new market location at Elevation Place has limited parking available on location and at the temporary intercept parking lot in the gravel lot behind Home Hardware (NOT the main customer lot). Please consider visiting during off-peak times (before 12 p.m. or after 2 p.m.) and/or take active transportation – Walk, bike, or take free-local transit to the market. 
Can I use the washrooms or eat my lunch at Elevation Place?
Yes! The common area at Elevation Place is open for washrooms and shelter from rainy days.  
Can I still access the library on Market Days?
Yes! Patrons can access Elevation Place as normal to access the library.
Can I access Elevation Place for my workout on market days?
Of course! Elevation Place is open as normal on market days. All walkways and entrances are clear, and handicapped parking is available in the front parking lot in addition to the drop off zone. After your climbing, pool, or fitness session, refuel with fresh veggies and local snacks!
What is the Canmore Mountain Market like?
The Canmore Mountain Market is a summer tradition in Canmore for over twenty years operating every Thursday from May to October.

Visitors and locals are treated to an excellent selection of locally and regionally produced items including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, jams, coffee, and baked goods. The Market also offers unique crafts, clothing, jewelry, and other artisanal products.
Is the market cancelled on rainy days?
Nope! Patrons can experience the Market rain or shine to sip on a coffee, peruse the vendors, and enjoy the live local music – all with a beautiful mountain backdrop.
How do I apply to be a vendor?
Vendor applications have closed for 2023.
