Apply for a Resident Parking Permit

There are two ways to renew your Resident Parking Permit:

Quick Renewal

If nothing has changed to the information on your account (e.g. vehicle, registration, address), you can renew your permit without uploading any supporting documents.

Here is how it works: 30 days prior to the expiration of your resident parking permit, Blinkay will send you an email notification with a link for quick renewal. Do not delete the email! Quick renewal is only available through Blinkay's link and cannot be done from your Blinkay account online or through the app. If you have deleted the email from Blinkay or if there are changes to your information, permit renewal can be done from your account; however, you will have to upload supporting documents.

Wondering why you haven't been notified that your pemit is about to expire? We have extended the duration of some of the existing resident parking permits to help improve customer service, and your permit might be one of them. To check the status of your parking permit or its expiration date, log into your online account

Permit Renewal with Document Upload

If you have missed the window for quick renewal or you have deleted your email from Blinkay, you can still renew your Resident Parking Permit.

  • Begin by logging into your Blinkay account online.

  • Ensure the status on the permit you would like to renew states ‘about to expire.’

  • Click or tap ‘Apply for a new Resident Permit’ and follow the prompts to renew your permit. You will need to provide up-to date residency information, which may include any of the following:
    • Your valid vehicle registration document, registered in your name

    • Other documents with your name and address on them, such as recent internet bills, gas bills, or a current lease agreement

  • Once you submit your permit for renewal, it will need to be approved. Your license plate will be credited with 3 hours of free parking at midnight the day after approval.  You will receive an email when your permit has been approved.

Guest parking permits are only available for residents who live in a resident-only parking zone to welcome visiting friends and family.
