Parking
Use the parking portal to access the following services:

Virtual Town Hall
Use Virtual Town Hall to access the following services:
- Access Information
- Log in to access Tax Roll, Utility, Receivables, Business Licenses information linked to an individual or business
- Pay Business License Fees
- Pay licensing fees for existing business license
- Find Pet Owners
- Locate the owner of a lost animal by tag or tattoo
- Find a Property
- Search any property to find legal description, civic address, LINC # and Assessed Value for current year + one previous year.
Online Permit and Service Portal – NEW
Apply for select building and development permits and other planning services:
- New construction detached dwellings development and building permits
- New construction non-residential development and building permits (commercial, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use residential/commercial
- File search requests
- Environmental search requests
- Confirmation of zoning
- Stamps of compliance
These applications must be submitted using the portal. All other permits and development applications will continue to be submitted by emailing planning@canmore.ca.
