The project includes rehabilitation of Streets and Drainage infrastructure, comprised of:
· Sidewalk widening (~ 135m) on Fairholme Drive between 10th Street and Mt. Rundle Place.
· Drainage swale construction on 17th Street @ 12th Ave;
· Helipad reconstruction at the Canmore Municipal Heliport;
· Drainage improvements and roadway reconstruction on 16th Street.
· Rehabilitation of Palliser Trail; (Provisional bid item for 2024 works)
· Edge mill and overlay of Fairholme Drive from 10th Street to 17th Street. (Provisional bid item for 2024 works)
Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a roof replacement located at 103 Elk Run Blvd, Canmore, AB, for a stipulated price contracts, in accordance with the contract documents.

The Town of Canmore is seeking proposals to support the development of two density bonusing schemes. The first would be an area-specific density bonusing scheme as part of an Area Redevelopment Plan for downtown Canmore, linked to the unique goals of the plan and desired built forms (planning process underway). The second would be a review and update/replacement of an existing town-wide density bonusing scheme contained in the Land Use Bylaw that has seen limited uptake since its creation.

The Town of Canmore is inviting proposals from professional architects to support Connect Downtown, a planning project that will result in an Area Redevelopment Plan for downtown Canmore. The successful proponent will assess the viability of a draft land use plan and development policies with respect to guiding future development downtown by conducting test fits for various sites and providing recommendations on density, height, setbacks, and other design guidelines and regulations as appropriate.

The Town of Canmore is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to select a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) service provider to supply and install the specified components to supplement the air flow in the second story fitness rooms, 207, 208, 209A/B and 214, at Elevation Place.
The project includes construction of the Prospect Heights Retaining Wall, comprised of:
• Partial removal of the existing Prospect Heights Retaining Wall
• Construction of a new Prospect Heights Retaining Wall

The Town of Canmore (the “Town”) is seeking a vendor (the “Proponent”) to provide a high level of professional window cleaning to interior and exterior windows and provide a written maintenance or replacement inspection report.

The Council Chambers space in the Civic Centre is in need of upgrades to its audio/visual components. The Town of Canmore is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to complete approximately 25 hectares of FireSmart fuel modification within and adjacent to developed areas. Project must be completed by April 30, 2024.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek a qualified contractor to control the spread of Mountain Pine Beetle (MPB) infested trees by falling and burning identified infested trees within the boundaries of the Town of Canmore and the Hamlet of Harvie Heights. At this time, completed Mountain Pine Beetle Ground Survey work relating to this project has identified 63 MBP infested trees for fall, removal, and burn or other recommended control.
Montane Architecture Ltd. | RFP - Canmore Community Housing - Construction Manager Services | $Percentage of overal
1. The supply, delivery and install of 25 trees at the locations specified in Schedule B Maps within the Town of Canmore.
2. Removal and disposal of existing dead trees or root balls prior to install of new trees, as required.
3. The installation of provided fencing of deciduous trees as required in Schedule B Maps. Fencing of these trees must take place on the day the tree is installed.
